Twin rooms differ in size, occupancy and bathroom facilities. Some rooms have no bath. Tell the property your requirements before booking; specific rooms cannot be guaranteed. Dogs are allowed only in designated pet-friendly cabins, not in the twin rooms or the Japanese-style room.
CABINS
Your own space, for up to five guests.
Cabins have a bath, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator and hammock. Designated pet-friendly cabins are available; dogs must be kept in a cage indoors. The property charges no additional pet-stay fee. Ferry pet charges are separate.
A Japanese-style room is also offered for groups of 4–10 guests; bedding, meals and bathing arrangements should be confirmed directly.

GETTING HERE
A short crossing from Suda.
Travel to Suda Port in Mitoyo, Kagawa, then take the scheduled ferry to Awashima Port. The crossing takes approximately 15 minutes. Walk from the island port to the property.

Published one-way fares: adult ¥330, elementary-school child ¥170. One preschool child travels free per accompanying adult. Pets travel in a case or cage. Larger dogs that do not fit can still board if you contact Awashima Kisen (0875-83-3204) in advance; there is no size limit. An additional ferry charge applies.

Contact the property about late arrival or ferry cancellation; do not assume accommodation cancellation is automatically free.
Dinner may include dishes such as sashimi and tempura, with the menu changing by season and availability. A Japanese-style breakfast is also offered.
Lunch: 11:30–14:00, last order 13:30. Confirm opening days before travelling. Dinner and breakfast: arrange in advance and confirm serving times, especially for an evening ferry arrival.

The Missing Post Office
An art project by Saya Kubota, established for the 2013 Setouchi Triennale. Usually open Saturdays, 13:00–16:00; admission ¥500, capacity 20. Temporary closures and special openings occur. About a five-minute walk from Awashima Port.
Nishihama Beach is about a 15-minute walk from the port and a place to wait for sunset. Jonoyama rises to 222 metres; allow roughly an hour from the port to the summit, and plan the return in daylight.
Sea-firefly viewing for staying guests is held from late July to the end of September, except on closed days. Please call to confirm the time and participation fee; sightings and operation depend on natural conditions.
Awashima Maritime Memorial Hall is closed for renovation. Works are scheduled through March 31, 2027; a reopening date is not confirmed here.

These vehicles are treated as mopeds: a valid licence permitting moped operation in Japan and a helmet are required.
